I'm Allison McAllister - Salon and Bridal Team owner serving Paoli, PA and the entire Philadelphia Area.  Throughout my career, I have specialized in both dimensional hair color and bridal beauty. Now, I am behind-the-chair specializing in dimensional hair color for busy moms and brides-to-be. Every client leaves my chair with a plan to keep their hair looking great on a maintenance schedule that fits their busy lifestyle. I married my high school sweetheart in an unseasonable snow storm in the fall of 2011, so I know first-hand what wedding day stress feels like! I now am a boy mom x 4 and, even though I've been in the beauty industry for almost 20 years, I rarely ever look put together in the school pickup line without spending tons of time getting ready.

As a colorist, I do everything I can to maintain hair integrity while achieving your desired results—I opt for products and techniques that are non-damaging. No aimless 

highlight and color applications here— a custom look for each service helps create purposeful dimension that makes your hair truly perfect for you.

BRIDES-TO-BE, my consultation with you will look VERY different from any other colorist. While I absolutely want to know all about you and see your hair color inspo pics, I also want to know everything about your wedding: colorway, flowers, dress, venue, hair and makeup inspo! These details help me craft a custom, cohesive hair color that accents your day-of details and desired style!

When I'm not working or chasing my kids, you’ll find me running from one sport to another, belting out Broadway show tunes and classic rock in my minivan. I love live music, trivia night, being with my family, and planning vacations. I'm a true Disney freak and have been there more times than I can count, and I’m always planning our next Disney trip!
