BEAUTY SCHOOL TEACHES YOU THE BASICS.
Our program helps you become salon-ready, guest-ready and business-ready.
You’ll work alongside experienced stylists in our private-room salon, learning by watching consultations, supporting real services, practicing on mannequins and models, and completing focused technical and business education.

Progress is based on mastery—not an arbitrary timeline. As your skills grow, you’ll earn Opportunity Shifts to begin building a clientele while still receiving the security of your hourly role.

THE DESTINATION
Full-time stylist at Something You
Move to a commission scale with hourly income protection while your book grows. Once you’re consistently earning more in commission, you can transition fully into a commissioned stylist role.
THE ASSISTANT ROLE
Learn the salon
from the inside out.
Your primary role is to keep the salon floor moving, make every guest feel cared for, and support the stylist team. This is a fast-paced, active position for someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in.

Prepare guests, products, tools, foils, bowls and workspaces
