Yes. We're currently looking for experienced hairstylists who have built a loyal guest following and are ready for a salon that better supports their career.
Can I create my own schedule?
Yes. We offer genuine scheduling flexibility, allowing you to create a schedule that works for both your guests and your life.
Can I leave if I'm not booked?
Absolutely. We respect your time and don't expect you to stay in the salon simply to fill hours.
Is this booth rental?
No. We're an employee-based salon offering the flexibility many stylists seek from salon suites, along with the benefits and support of an established team.
Do you offer employee benefits?
Yes. Team members enjoy benefits including paid vacation, unlimited unpaid time off, a 401(k) with employer matching, optional disability & life insurance, employee discounts, and complimentary services.
Will my clients feel comfortable here?
Absolutely. Our private treatment rooms, beautiful studio, and welcoming atmosphere create an elevated experience that both stylists and guests appreciate.
How are stylists paid?
Stylists are paid a generous commission rate based on your total service revenues. Feel free to reach out to discuss real numbers.
Do you charge product fees? Rent?
No, stylists are paid a flat commission rate with no fees taken out. There's no rent to be paid or costs involved. This is a W2 Employee position.
